Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care  Citizens’ Forum is for people who are interested in helping to improve care for older people or for adults with long term conditions.

Public Transport
Brixton is on the Victoria Line underground. It also has train connections to London Bridge, Victoria and Elephant & Castle. Bus numbers 3, 59, 133, 159 and 333 stop nearby.
Parking
At lambeth Accord, there is car parking for disabled badge holders. There is also secure bicycle parking. There is limited street parking nearby for other vehicles.

Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care is made up of local organisations working alongside citizens and communities. The organisations are local GP practices, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Trust, Kings College Hospital NHS Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, Southwark NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Southwark Council, and Lambeth Council.
