Make a difference today and put your name forward to be a governor of South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
The Trust provides NHS care and treatment for people with mental health problems. We also provide services for people who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. As well as serving the communities of south London, we provide specialist services for people from across the UK and beyond.
Elected governors play a vital role in making sure that the views of the wider community are taken into account in providing and developing our services.

The deadline for completed nomination forms is 5pm on Monday 5 October 2015.

Once all the nominations are in and have been processed, we will be holding elections. Everybody who is a member by Monday 5 October is eligible to vote in their constituency.
Elections will start on Monday 26 October and run to Monday 16 November 2015.
