Carer’s Allowance has become the latest benefit that can be claimed online.
The DWP have changed the application process to take account of comments about the service from a wide range of carers, who also tested the online service during its development and users will be supported in using the new service through carers’ groups, the Government Digital Service and the Carer’s Allowance Unit.
