Do you have no resource to public funds?
We have changed the way we deal with people who have no resource to public funds. This description includes you if you are subject to immigration control.
You will need to visit our new service at the My southwark Service Point in Bermondsey. The address is:
11 Market Place, ‘The Blue’ Southwark Park Road, SE16 3UQ
Buses 1, 381 and P12 stop outside. Bermondsey underground station and South Bermondsey railway station are both 10 minutes walk away.
The service is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 4pm.
You will need to have the following documents with you. without these documents, the team may not be able to help you:
- Passport and/or ID card.
- Any letters from UK and Immigration (formerly UK Border Agency)
- Bank statements for all accounts covering the last 6 months.
- Details of any credit cards or personal loans.
