The Mayor of London and Southwark Council are working with Osborne Energy to make sure Londoners live in energy efficient homes and don’t miss out on free loft and cavity wall insulation.

As part of the Mayor of London’s RE:NEW London-wide energy saving initiative for homes, a qualified Home Energy Assessor from Osborne Energy will show you exactly where your home is losing energy and what you can do to stop it.

- A no obligation survey for loft and cavity wall insulation and heating grants for work to be carried out by approved contractors.
- If you receive certain benefits and live in a privately owned home, you may be eligible for £100 cashback if you have loft or cavity wall insulation installed.

- Some homes may also be eligible for additional free energy and water saving devices, such as an electricity monitor, radiator panels and low flow showerheads.
The recommended loft insulation is 270mm and homes built between the 1930s and mid-1980s are likely to need cavity wall insulation.
