A Freephone message line is being launched for local residents from 2nd December 2013 to 28th February 2014.

A trained CAB adviser will be able to:

• Assist Southwark residents to be able to get the best  fuel deal
• Provide support for residents on low income to ensure they are receiving all the financial support available
• Offer help for residents who are experiencing fuel debt
• Ensure residents are aware of energy saving measures
• Callers will be asked to leave their contact details and will be telephoned back within 3 working days
• Appointments can be offered at Peckham or Bermondsey CAB
