Weekly Cycle sessions for people with disability

At wheels for wellbeing,  they run a weekly cycle session at Herne Hill Velodrome for participants with physical or learning impairments.

This will take place on Mondays between 11.00 – 1.30 and will run on a drop in basis with all abilities welcome.

You will be provided with a large fleet  of adaptive cycles from tandems to tricycle to side-by-side bikes.

The sessions are run on a safe off-road environment with specialised cycle instructor to match participants to bikes and volunteers to ride around with unsure cyclists. The cost is £3 per cyclist and a carer or worker goes free with each participants and refreshments are provided.
